This handsome residence was built in the early twentieth century in the English Arts & Crafts style. When our clients purchased it, the home was in disrepair. We were commissioned to address maintenance issues and correct design flaws inherent in prior alterations. We also renovated interior spaces, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Later, we created a 2,500-square-foot rear addition that complements the existing architecture and features a garden room, guest bedroom and bath, and laundry room. A playroom was added above the new bedroom suite.
