TUDOR STYLE

The client, while greatly admiring the house’s superlative 1921 tudor style internal and external appointments, desired to upgrade the dwelling’s functional capacity. This entailed the renovation of the entire house. We added a family room and new master bedroom suite to the rear of the structure, as well as remodeled the kitchen and family breakfast area. A media room and playroom were created in the basement level. We also added a detached garage.

The addition is comprised of brick and half timbering to match the existing structure, true slate shingling, and matching profile gutter and downspout detailing.
