QUEEN ANNE STYLE

Our client proposed to remove insensitive additions and renovations that were added to this early 20th century Queen Anne home. These recent additions were of a lesser quality construction than this historic home deserved. The entire original building structure was remodeled. Portions of existing spaces were incorporated into the proposed design, including the kitchen, dining room, powder room and second floor bedroom.

The new addition included bedrooms, kitchen, family room, two-car garage, exercise room, attic playroom, screen porch and outdoor terraces.

A new detached, two-car garage with upstairs living space was also designed and constructed.
