Not every small, ordinary home on the North Shore ends up the target of a wrecking ball. An unassuming ranch house was saved by a retired couple who saw its potential as an alternative to a townhome or condo. We completely transformed the property for them, turning the mundane into elegance. The exterior features new brick, new windows and a new entrance porch to enhance curb appeal. In the rear, we removed a dilapidated screened porch and added a handsome new bluestone terrace. Inside, we vaulted ceilings over reconfigured and opened up living spaces, which we finished with custom millwork and cabinetry, classic details and more.
