LAKEFRONT RESIDENCE

For this lakefront residence, the existing kitchen size was a significant and determining factor in coming up with a plan that not only increased the size of the kitchen, but also assisted in the design of the breakfast area, family room, and sunroom. Other renovated spaces were the laundry room and exercise room.
