18TH CENTURY ENGLISH MANOR

Over two decades, we worked with three different owners of this historic estate, fashioned after an 18th Century English manor. Our mission was to maintain the dignity of the architecture while remediating deterioration and adding modern conveniences and amenities. Early projects included a new coach house-style garage, mother-in-law suite, loggia, front entrance, and entrance drive and gate. Extensive interior renovation stayed true to the original. Where we could not restore materials, we made exacting reproductions. We also designed a family room addition, new pool house and landscaped terrace for the rear yard.
