COUNTRY HOUSE

This magnificent estate combines superbly manicured grounds and an impressive home which befits the legacy of "Ioka", an Indian word meaning "beautiful place". The property includes the manor house, with attached original coach house, English gardens and a small artist's studio.

The grounds were originally part of the D. Mark Cummings estate, "Ioka". Although the main house, which stood across the street, was demolished many years ago, we painstakingly integrated the coach house (constructed in 1903) into the new manor house structure, which stands on the site of the original estate's stables.

The home represents a true example of English Norman style. We conducted extensive research and visited similarly styled historical homes in Britain to research the project and insure authenticity.
