BLOCK ONE MIXED-USE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT

These drawings depict our concept for a prominent 1.4- acre site in downtown Lake Bluff, IL. As the cornerstone of the village's central business district, the project had excellent community accessibility and visibility. Our design was selected from multiple entries in a design competition sponsored by the village.

Our design combined a mix of retail, office and residential spaces, all knit together in a comprehensive architectural package. The distinctive historic building style and scale maintained the character and identity of the village.
