Settled on a quiet lot, this new Colonial Revival country style house fits into the historic neighborhood, and embraces the site and prairie setting across the street.  The home provides the spaces needed for a refined, yet comfortable family lifestyle.

 

The home's layout allows for easy access from room to room, while still creating quaint and private spaces without being too open.  We enjoyed designing all the millwork inside and out, and we assisted with a variety of interior design selections as well.  The pool house is home to a potting shed, adjacent to the garden, and a hunting room.
