Lakeside Living 

Located on the shores of Green Lake, Wisconsin, we transformed this outdated property into a lakefront retreat. The luxury of having two cottages on one parcel of land (main cottage and guest cottage) and a large garage barn is hard to come by anymore.  We saw the potential of these dilapidated structures as an asset, and supported the notion of rehabilitation.  Through careful building research and classic lake-house design, the warmth of these renovated cottages is charming and captivating.
