Minimalist Beach Condo

​This sleek, minimalist condo is a true beach get-away.  The extensive renovations combined two ocean-facing units together, for one large spectacular space - with views north, east, and south.  Thoughtful consideration was taken to create a very organized plan (within the restraints of the existing structure, mechanical, and plumbing runs), as well as maximizing the natural light into the depth of the space.  One of the main goals was to open up the entry and have a clear view of the ocean from the front door, creating a vista through the center of the condo.  The galley kitchen is designed to connect the living spaces, with an iconic island for seating.  And four bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, allow for extended family visits.
