Deerpath Inn & Condos

This Tudor Revival Historic hotel was originally built in 1929.  Our firm created a comprehensive expansion and rehabilitation plan for the hotel, including a new banquet hall addition and reconfiguration of the existing space to complement the original English country manor style of architecture.  We also designed a new three-story, 12-unit condominium addition to harmonize with the historic hotel, and the outdoor garden courtyard was revitalized as well. These facility upgrades have allowed this respected institution to remain a beloved addition to this upscale suburban community.
